Return & Refund Policy – TradeShri

At TradeShri, we strive to deliver high-quality industrial products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is as follows:

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories and invoice.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation are not eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or made-to-order products.

Electrical/electronic items once installed or used.

Calibration or testing equipment after use.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, report within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.

4. Return Process

Email us at support@tradeshri.com with order details and reason for return.

Our team will review and arrange pickup or provide return instructions.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.

Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Shipping Charges

Return shipping is free only for damaged or incorrect products.

For other returns, shipping charges may be deducted.
